12 Things For Mindful Living

It’s day two into the New Year and I’ve been repeatedly asked about my resolutions for 2018, however, I personally don’t make New Year Resolutions — I believe you should make life goals daily.

Here are my twelve favorites that I infuse on a daily basis of which I liberally sprinkle with change but for the most part try to keep the thread ongoing.

Drink from the cup of life and enjoy!

  1. Live with intention.

  2. Walk to the edge.

  3. Listen hard.

  4. Practice wellness.

  5. Play with abandon.

  6. Laugh

  7. Choose with no regret.

  8. Appreciate your friends and loved ones.

  9. Continue to learn.

  10. Do what you love.

  11. Live as if this all there is.

  12. Get outside.

My New Year’s Day began on the water where tranquility and peace ruled along with the Honu (Hawaiian Sea Turtles ) that joined me as the sun rose over Diamond Head. Nothing helps clear your connections by grounding yourself in Nature!
